Job Responsibilities**
* Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to identify sales opportunities.
* Clearly and persuasively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
* Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
* Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
* Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a contact center environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
* A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
