The role owns strategy, direction and performance of paid acquisition through Google Ads, leading the Google Media Buyer and coordinating creative, analytics and technical support. Primary target is 3x+ ROAS measured against funded revenue attributable to Google advertising.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Google Ads Strategy and Leadership\n· Performance and Profitability\n· Search Intent and Keyword Strategy\n· Campaign Management, Bidding and Scaling\n· Ad Messaging and Asset Strategy\n· Funnel and Conversion Optimisation\n· Tracking, Attribution and Measurement\n· Reporting and Forecasting\n· Google Ads Account Management\nRole Requirements\n· 3+ years Google Ads experience\n· Experience managing at least $250,000/month Google Ads spend\n· Strong lead generation advertising background\n· Strong understanding of ROAS, lead quality, Smart Bidding, GA4 and GTM\n· Leadership experience and strong analytical skills\n· Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full time from Eastwood office\nHighly Preferred\nExperience in business finance, lending, financial services, insurance, or other high-value lead generation industries.
