You’ll help ensure efficient HR operations that support a positive team culture and excellent employee experience.\nYOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing packs\n\nConduct reference and background checks, and maintain recruitment systems\n\nManage onboarding tasks: offer letters, documentation tracking, IT coordination\n\nUpdate HR reports and track employment statuses\n\nAssist in fortnightly and monthly payroll setup via KeyPay\n\nAdminister employee programs and engagement initiatives (e.g. rewards and recognition)\n\nRun reports and track compliance (e.g. probations, visas, vaccine status)\n\nMaintain HR documentation and ensure records are up to date and compliant\n\nAssist with exit processes, contract changes, and general HR inquiries\n\nSupport workplace safety records and incident reporting processes\n\nA BIT ABOUT YOU\n2+ years in a similar HR administration role\n\nStrong administrative and computer literacy skills\n\nExcellent attention to detail and communication skills\n\nProactive, with strong organization and time management abilities\n\nHR qualification or equivalent experience preferred\n\nExperience with KeyPay and JobAdder systems a plus\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:\nCurious and Clever - Smart questions spark smart solutions\n\nEntrepreneurial Energy - Think like an owner.
