As an Inbound Sales Consultant with Acquire Intelligence you help them decide well.\nYou will take inbound calls on behalf of one of Australia's leading energy retailers, part of a global group working towards net zero. You will listen, work out what each customer actually needs and match them to the right plan. You will learn about the energy industry, the products and plans you will sell, the systems you will use and how to sell in line with industry regulation.\nAfter induction, training and development continue, with regular coaching and support to succeed and grow in the role and business.\nWhat you will do\nTake inbound calls and turn customer enquiries into sales\nAsk the right questions to understand what each customer needs, then recommend a suitable plan\nExplain pricing, plans and conditions clearly and accurately, in line with energy industry requirements\nMeet and exceed your targets without cutting corners, because call quality counts alongside conversion\nWork across several systems to manage each customer from first call to finished sale\nWhat you bring\nExperience in sales or customer service.
