Look after the members of a private luxury wellness club
Our client is a leader in premium service. Its high-end members expect white glove care and a club that knows them by name. As a Member Experience Specialist with Acquire Intelligence you are the voice they hear when the club reaches out.
Your days are personalised check-in calls. You will reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed, welcome those approaching renewal and look after anyone who needs a hand with payments, always in the club's tone. You will learn what matters to each member, and share feedback with the club.

- You will work from our office on Chapel Street, South Yarra, a five minute walk from South Yarra train station. We are in one of Melbourne's busiest hubs, with endless shopping and food options
What you bring
- At least two years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role, such as hotel guest services, concierge, front office, a private members club, premium retail or fine dining
- A warm, natural voice and the confidence to hold an unscripted conversation with high-profile members
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Polished presentation, tone and manner
- The right to work in Australia, and consent to background and reference checks
