Main Responsibilities and Duties: Detail the main activities and responsibilities involvedAreas of direct responsibility:\nAdministration support to sales team\nSales data entry including bookings\nInternal emails\nPreparation of sales reports including campaign & client tracking reports using Excel and various systemsAdministration Duties:\nAssist sales team with creating sales proposals for clients\nSales data entry: Receive and process new booking schedules for clients from sales team\nTimely processing of booking changes\nMonitor bookings to ensure spots are not dropped out of the schedule, or are replaced\nComplete check at month end of any spots not transmitted, prior to invoicing\nPrepare reports pre and post client campaigns to support client results delivery, using excel and other various systems\nMonitor and Coordinate material changes. Retrieve requested information from IBMS.\nCoordinate the filler lists for sales office each week\nPrepare regular reports for available airtime for sales\nPrepare monthly share reports for sales team\nCommunicate clearly and concisely with and assist sales team members and other seven employees as required over email, Microsoft teams, cisco jabber.General:\nOther duties as reasonably directed.\nFollow company policies and procedures.\nTake all reasonable care to ensure that your actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of yourself and others in the workplace.\nEnsure that co-workers are treated respectfully and without any form of discrimination, harassment or victimisation.\nBe a positive, willing and adaptable member of the team at all times.\nII.
