organized, current, and easily accessible\nSupport the execution of enablement programs by coordinating training sessions, creating playbooks, and assisting in onboarding activities\nTrack onboarding progress and training completion for new and existing sellers, and report status to the Director of Sales Enablement\nBuild and update sales tools and resources including playbooks, templates, job aids, FAQs, and process documentation\nUse Salesforce to create reports and help build dashboards for key sales metrics and enablement effectiveness\nCollaborate with the Enablement and Sales Ops teams to track performance metrics and help identify skill or knowledge gaps\nAssist in the creation of digital training content, such as videos, quick-reference guides, and eLearning modules\nHelp administer and support enablement tools such as Gong, Microsoft Copilot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism and Consensus, including user access, license tracking, and adoption reporting\nCurate Gong call libraries and share best-practice examples with the sales team • Coordinate logistics and materials for product-launch enablement, sales meetings, and global events\nPublish regular enablement communications (such as announcements and newsletters) so sellers know about new content and programs • Ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience for all
