As part of the A-Team, your role plays a key part in our success. You’ll manage and lead a high-performing team while ensuring service levels, performance targets, and client expectations are met.\nYour daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nDeliver monthly PEAMs, PAFs, and performance scorecards to agents\n\nConduct weekly performance updates and one-on-one coaching sessions\n\nMonitor and validate MyPay logs, overtime, and leave compliance\n\nCoordinate across departments to meet campaign goals\n\nMaintain team trackers (attendance, performance stats, etc.)\n\nCommunicate updates from Ops and Clients during huddles and coaching\n\nCreate monthly scorecards and prepare agent incentives\n\nHandle client escalations, calls, and daily reports (EOD, Adhoc, etc.)\n\nDrive performance by analyzing reports and aligning team efforts\n\nIssue DPFs/CAFs for behavior, performance, or COC violations\n\nLead schedule planning and ensure adherence to operational processes\n\nFacilitate daily call listening sessions and coaching documentation\n\nAttend management and client meetings to provide team updates\n\nA BIT ABOUT YOU\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you bring:\nAt least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role\n\nSolid understanding of training needs and staff relations\n\nStrong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills\n\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools\n\nAbility to multi-task and drive results under pressure\n\nExperience in performance management and employee development\n\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\nSmooth day-to-day operations\n\nHighly engaged and motivated team\n\nConsistently achieved KPIs and service levels\n\nStrong collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:\nCurious and Clever - Smart questions spark smart solutions\n\nEntrepreneurial Energy - Think like an owner.
