The role owns strategy, team leadership, testing direction, campaign performance and profitable growth, with a primary target of 3x+ ROAS based on funded revenue attributable to Meta advertising.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Meta Strategy and Leadership\n· Performance and Profitability\n· Campaign Management and Scaling\n· Creative Strategy\n· Funnel and Conversion Optimisation\n· Tracking, Attribution and Measurement\n· Reporting and Forecasting\n· Meta Account Management\nRole Requirements\n· 3+ years of Meta advertising experience\n· Experience managing at least $250,000 per month in Meta advertising spend\n· Strong lead generation and direct response advertising background\n· Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, acquisition economics and ROAS\n· Leadership and team management experience\n· Strong analytical and communication skills\n· Must own an active Meta ad account in good standing\n· Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full time from Eastwood office\nHighly Preferred\nExperience in business finance, commercial lending, insurance, financial services, or other high-value lead generation industries.
