Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.\n\nDocumentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation of client configurations, requirements, and best practices. Facilitate client training sessions on Acquire Intelligence Inc. products and services.\n\nProcess Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalability. Identify and implement best practices for client success.\n\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.\n\nRelationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with new clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding phase.\n\nA BIT ABOUT YOU\nPreferable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or CSM certification is a plus.\n\n3+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a BPO or SaaS company\n\nFlexibility around work schedule for project assignments as required (this may include shifting working hours to align with other regions)\n\nProven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies. Strong understanding of project management methodologies.\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and effectively manage client expectations.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\n\nAbility to quickly understand and articulate technical product features and integrate them into client solutions.
