You will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and end-users in an Agile environment to ensure system functionality, usability, and performance.\nYOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the delivery of testing solutions in a collaborative team environment\n\nDevelop and maintain test plans, test scripts, test data, and reports\n\nManage software issues using JIRA and clearly communicate defects\n\nReview user stories and provide accurate test estimates\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning\n\nFacilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)\n\nConduct manual and API testing to identify potential issues\n\nCreate and maintain automated test cases to improve efficiency\n\nImplement BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) practices\n\nDesign and execute test scenarios for comprehensive coverage\n\nAnalyse test results and report findings to stakeholders\n\nCollaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve bugs\n\nStay updated with testing tools and methodologies\n\nMentor junior testers and share best practices\n\nSupport the Product Manager with additional assigned tasks\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nAt least 5 years' experience in software testing on complex projects\n\nExpertise in manual testing and API testing\n\nFamiliarity with BDD and automated testing tools\n\nProficient with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and strong documentation skills\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nExperience leading UAT processes\n\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nDesirable:\nExperience with Appian or low-code platforms\n\nLegal tech background is a plus\n\nWHAT WE VALUE\nWe’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values:\nCurious and Clever - Smart questions spark smart solutions\n\nEntrepreneurial Energy - Think like an owner.
