What we're hiring for is SaaS partnership instinct, pace and drive- This role would suit someone around three to five years into their career who has already carried a target, wants more ownership, and is looking for a clear path into a senior partnerships role\n- You're early in a fast-rising career, with a track record that shows you've grown each year\n- Working knowledge and experience of a CRM (ideally HubSpot) and a disciplined approach to pipeline\n- Around 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS - in a payments, fintech, credit environment, with at least 2 in partnerships, business development or a new-business sales role\n- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events\n- Evidence of exceeding targets and clear progression\n- Experience selling to and partnering with platforms, ISVs, agencies or marketplaces\n- Experience selling SaaS into lending, collections, insurance or other regulated financial services\n- Direct payments or acquiring experience.
