Our solutions are trusted by organisations in over 25 countries, delivering smarter, more adaptable, and easier-to-use security technologies that protect what matters most.\nYour Impact\nThe Service & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for providing reactive and preventive maintenance services across electronic security systems, including access control, time & attendance, CCTV, and life safety products.\nThe role focuses on inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic security systems to ensure they continue to operate effectively and to a high standard.\nThis is a client-facing position, with regular interaction with customers to address concerns, provide technical support, and ensure a positive service experience.
