We will embrace change and innovation as a team so that we can work efficiently and support the vision of our leaders.\nRole Overview\nThe Human Resources Generalist will work as a part of the Human Resources Department dedicated to supporting employees of RMC Home Mortgage or Fusion Home loans and Acrisure Mortgage, LLC. This role will be responsible for all HR functionality for employees of the assigned affiliate companies (escalating inquiries to HR senior staff/management as needed). This is a hybrid position based out of our Downtown Orlando, FL office.\nAcrisure Mortgage, LLC -\nGeneral:\nOnboard new hires into the HRIS system (and complete new hire checklist tasks)\nOffboard separated employees in HRIS system (and complete separation checklist tasks)\nMaintain accuracy of HRIS system as needed (role changes, title updates, reporting updates, etc)\nParticipate in ticketing rotation \nPerform Audits as needed\nRecruitment:\nComplete Background Checks for protentional new hires\nDraft offer letters for prospective candidates\nEnsure candidates make it through pre-hire/hire process in a timely manner and all parties are informed as progression is made \nUpload candidates into HRIS recruiting module and send appropriate communications\nUpdate candidate status in HRIS accordingly throughout background/hiring process\nProvide reporting to management on candidates in progress\nCoordinate and execute new hire start dates (includes welcome email, calendar notifications to appropriate parties, etc)\nPayroll/Compensation:\nReview employee time and attendance records to ensure all are accurate and completed prior to payroll processing\nRMC Home Mortgage or Fusion Home Loans -\nGeneral:\nManage company inboxes (HR and payroll)\nActs as point of contact for all HR needs for employees \nOnboard new hires into the HRIS system (and complete new hire checklist tasks)\nOffboard separated employees in HRIS system (and complete separation checklist task\nAnswer employee questions about HR policies and directs any escalated inquiries to senior-level HR staff or management\nMaintain accurate employee information in HRIS system (including updating rates of pay or positions as they change)\nPerforms periodic audits of employee HR files and records to make sure all required documentation is present and up to date\nWork with legal department to provide documentation/reporting for required audits\nEstablish and maintain relationships with entity management\nCoach management on proper HR procedures as needed\nConduct new manager training on timecard policies and procedures\nPayroll/Compensation:\nReview employee time and attendance records to ensure all are accurate and completed prior to payroll processing\nProcesses all payroll for the entity (including biweekly, biweekly bonus and semi-monthly cycles) \nProcess any payroll corrections in a timely manner\nMaintain accurate Schedule A, bonus or commission agreements for sales staff\nBenefits:\nProcesses and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA\nAssist with any employee inquiries regarding plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general benefits inquiries\nManage qualifying events/benefit changes for employees\nEnsure all enrollments/benefits changes are made in a timely manner\nResponds to 401(k) inquiries relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts. \n Recruitment:\nDraft offer letters for prospective candidates\nEnsure candidates make it through pre-hire/hire process in a timely manner and all parties are informed as progression is made \nUpload candidates into HRIS recruiting module and send appropriate communications\nUpdate candidate status in HRIS accordingly throughout background/hiring process\nProvide reporting to management on candidates in progress\nCoordinate and execute new hire start dates (includes welcome email, calendar notifications to appropriate parties, etc)\nOther:\nProvide reporting to other departments as needed\nManage One Pass Select Gym Memberships and reimbursement\nAssist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned \nAcrisure Mortgage is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.
