We are looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of Salesforce administration, demonstrates strong technical aptitude, and is eager to grow.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.\nCreate and maintain users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, public groups, and other access controls.\nConfigure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and other Salesforce configuration.\nBuild and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.\nAssist with building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and other declarative automations.\nTroubleshoot user issues and determine whether problems are related to configuration, permissions, data, integrations, or application functionality.\nSupport data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and data-quality initiatives.\nAssist with testing Salesforce enhancements and new functionality before production deployment.\nDocument configuration changes, workflows, processes, and support procedures.\nWork with business teams to understand requests and translate them into Salesforce solutions.\nSupport integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.\nAssist with sandbox management, release testing, and deployment activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve user experience, automation, reporting, and overall platform effectiveness.\nStay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and recommended best practices.\nQualifications\nRequired\nFamiliarity with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce administration concepts.\nUnderstanding of fundamental Salesforce concepts including objects, records, fields, relationships, users, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.\nDemonstrated interest in developing a career within the Salesforce ecosystem.\nPreferred\nSalesforce Certified Administrator certification or actively working toward certification.\nExperience with Salesforce Flow.\nExperience creating reports and dashboards.\nFamiliarity with Data Loader or other Salesforce data-management tools.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce security and sharing concepts.\nBasic understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, or web services.\nFamiliarity with SOQL.\nExperience with Salesforce through an internship, academic program, Trailhead, personal project, or professional environment.\nExposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.\nCandidates are not expected to have mastered every area of Salesforce. We value candidates who have built a strong foundation through Trailhead, Salesforce certifications, coursework, internships, or hands-on projects and are ready to apply those skills within a real-world environment.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nEarly in the role, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will become comfortable supporting users, resolving access and configuration issues, creating reports, performing routine administrative tasks, and understanding our Salesforce environment.\nAs experience grows, the administrator will independently manage configuration changes, build Salesforce Flows, participate in larger platform initiatives, and recommend improvements to business processes and the Salesforce user experience.\nIdeal Candidate\nYou may be a strong fit if you enjoy understanding how a business operates and then figuring out how technology can make those processes simpler.\nYou are naturally curious, organized, comfortable troubleshooting problems, and willing to research an issue when you don't immediately know the answer.
