This work requires close collaboration across engineering, operations, quality, and customer support teams to ensure safe, reliable, and effective in-service performance.\nJob Title\nAvionics Reliability Engineer - Aftermarket\nPosition Summary\nThe Aftermarket Avionics Reliability Engineer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the reliability of Acron Avionics product lines. This role supports aftermarket operations by identifying failure trends, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.\nThe position provides global support for internal teams and customers, requiring coordination across multiple time zones and flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours.
