preferred)\nHands-on experience designing and developing avionics, RF, or sensor-based systems\nPreferred Additional Skills\nWorking knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or C++\nExperience with aerospace systems, particularly integrated hardware/software product development\nExposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\nAwareness of FPGA and firmware development requirements impacting electrical design\nExperience with RTOS integration and understanding of hardware implications\nPractical understanding of RF design, particularly in the L-band frequency range\nStrong interpersonal skills with experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills\nKnowledge of aerospace standards such as DO-160, DO-178, and DO-254\nExperience with design-to-cost and design-for-manufacturability principles\nExperience supporting production and test in geographically distributed environments\nProven ability to manage multiple programs and responsibilities simultaneously\nAbility to operate independently and determine appropriate technical paths forward with minimal oversight\nPilot license or Part 107 certification (a
