You will be expected to understand user requirements, analyze business processes, facilitate workshops, develop clear documentation, and support project delivery within Agile environments.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nCollaborate with business units (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Training, Technology, etc.) to identify needs and pain points across digital platforms.\nLead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements workshops.\nCapture and document detailed business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.\nServe as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, recommending process improvements and digital enhancements.\nFacilitate effective communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management efforts, and post-launch validation.\nTrack and analyze project KPIs, recommending iterative improvements.\nConduct competitive benchmarking against leading platforms to identify feature enhancements and best practices.\nWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR\n5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.\nBackground in B2B, IT services, channel partner ecosystems, or enterprise software industries.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.\nStrong documentation skills, including BRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.\nProficiency with collaboration and requirements tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, M365).\nFamiliarity with SFDC, partner ecosystems, B2B portals, and channel sales workflows.\nProficiency with AI capabilities and tools.\nPreferred Qualifications based on the responsibilities per project\nPartner Portal:\nKnowledge of Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) systems.\nUnderstanding of CMS platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO), and content delivery optimization.\nAbility to leverage data modeling tools to identify pain points and opportunities within the partner journey, and to propose solutions that improve usability, content access, and program transparency.\nExperience analyzing and enhancing the user experience across different partner tiers and personas.\nLMS (Learning Management System):\nPartnering with Learning & Development teams to define course structures, certification flows, learner journeys, and reporting needs.\nGathering requirements for user management, assessments, content tagging, and progress tracking.\n*Please submit your resume and application in English.\nWHO WE ARE\nA Swiss company founded in Singapore in 2003, Acronis offers over twenty years of innovation with 15 offices worldwide and employees in 50+ countries.
