This is the infrastructure our engineering, security, and business teams depend on every day. It is a hands-on engineering role with real autonomy: you will design the changes, implement them, and be the person who understands why the network behaves the way it does.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDesign, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure that keeps operations running without interruption.\nMonitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues before they reach users.\nPartner with the Security team to harden the network and respond to emerging threats.\nManage remote access and site-to-site VPN, including client-based VPN for a distributed workforce.\nRun networking for our virtualization clusters (Virtuozzo, oVirt) and cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS).\nCoordinate with ISPs and vendors on service issues, escalations, and capacity planning.\nPlan capacity and hardware lifecycle for corporate sites and data centers, and run changes through proper maintenance windows with tested rollback plans.\nWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n3-5+ years as a network engineer or administrator in a production environment.\nStrong command of the TCP/IP stack and network design principles.\nHands-on experience with dynamic routing, particularly BGP and OSPF.\nExperience with switches, routers, and firewalls from enterprise vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, or Mikrotik.\nPractical experience across core technologies: NAT, VLAN, xSTP, LACP, ACLs, QoS, GRE over IPsec, VRF-lite, VRRP, and PBR.\nExperience with remote access VPN (for example, Cisco AnyConnect on Firepower) and site-to-site VPN.\nExperience with cloud networking in at least one of Azure, GCP, or AWS.\nProactive approach\nCalm and methodical attitude\nStrong communication skills\nNICE TO HAVE\nNetwork monitoring, logging, and alerting with Zabbix and Loki; IPAM with NetBox.\nNetwork virtualization with oVirt or Virtuozzo.\nLinux administration: shell, DNS (BIND9), DHCP (KEA), nftables/iptables.\nNetOps tooling - Git, Ansible, Python - and a bias toward automating repeat work.\nBGP Anycast, IPv6 transition, or Teams Phone experience.\nApplying AI to network operations - for example, LLM-assisted troubleshooting or config review, or deploying MCP servers to expose network tooling to internal agents. \n*Please submit your resume and application in English.\nWHO WE ARE\nA Swiss company founded in Singapore in 2003, Acronis offers over twenty years of innovation with 15 offices worldwide and employees in 50+ countries.
