Our core team is in it for the long run - over 60% have been with us for more than 10 years - and we’re growing fast.\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a long-term project.\n\nYou’ll work on designing and developing scalable data solutions using modern Databricks and Azure technologies, combining hands-on engineering with architectural responsibilities.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign and evolve scalable data architectures based on Data Lakehouse principles.\n\nDefine technical solutions and architectural approaches for data processing, integration, and storage.\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python.\n\nBuild and maintain data workflows and integrations using Azure Data Factory and Azure Storage.\n\nEstablish and maintain data governance, access control, and data management practices using Unity Catalog.\n\nEnsure data solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.\n\nCollaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into effective data solutions.\n\nContribute to technical decisions, architecture documentation, and best practices across the project.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing data solutions, processes, and overall platform performance.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nSenior-level experience in Data Engineering, with strong architectural thinking\n\nHands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, and Python\n\nSolid understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture\n\nPractical experience with Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Storage\n\nAbility to design scalable and reliable data solutions and make technical decisions\n\nEnglish -
