Start your adventure with act digital Polska!\n\nJob Description\nThe project focuses on building AI-powered software development platforms designed to automate and streamline large parts of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The solution is already being used by multiple engineering teams across different business areas. Developers will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, while also contributing to the development of AI capabilities, team enablement and knowledge sharing.\n\nResponsibilities\nDeveloping full-stack applications, covering both backend and frontend components.\n\nUsing AI-powered development tools to automate and optimize software engineering processes.\n\nBuilding and enhancing capabilities, knowledge and skills for AI agents.\n\nApplying AI tools safely and efficiently, with particular attention to token usage and cost optimization.\n\nWorking closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams across different business areas.\n\nSupporting the adoption of AI-driven development practices across the organization.\n\nTraining and mentoring other developers and teams.\n\nSharing technical knowledge and contributing to the development of engineering teams.\n\nRequirements\nSenior-level experience in software development.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.\n\nPractical experience with AWS.\n\nFrontend development experience with React or Angular.\n\nStrong understanding of microservices and web service architecture.\n\nHands-on experience using AI coding tools in an enterprise environment, such as Claude Code or OpenAI tools.\n\nExperience with GitLab and DevSecOps practices.\n\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting solutions to business stakeholders and training other teams.\n\nWillingness to travel to the UK for business trips (approximately 40% of working time spent on-site at the UK office each month).\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Python or .NET Core.\n\niOS or Android development experience.\n\nClaude (Anthropic) or OpenAI certifications.\n\nFamiliarity with open-source AI frameworks and agent harnesses.\n\nExperience building AI agents and developing agent skills.\n\nUnderstanding of token economics and AI usage cost optimization.\n\nAdditional Information\nType of contract: B2B\n\nRate: up to 250 PLN/H net + VAT\n\nWe offer\nAccess to local and international projects - Clients from France, Germany, Portugal, UK, and Benelux.\n\nProfessional development support - trainings, technical certificates, conference participation, foreign language classes, and soft skills trainings are subsidized for up to 2 000 PLN.\n\nBonus for recommending Candidates starting from 6 000 up to 10000 PLN.\n\nFully paid Medicover healthcare card.\n\nPsychological support program WellBee.\n\nMultisport card.\n\nRegular integration events and gifts.\n\nLong-term cooperation.\n\nRelocation Program.\n\nIf You applied for this position the Controller of your personal will be ACT DIGITAL POLSKA Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Przyokopowa 31, 01-208 Warsaw.
