As the go-to person for everything from Help Desk escalations to Azure administration, M365 management, endpoint deployment, and network troubleshooting, this hands-on, broad-scope role will have variety over specialization and makes things work.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOwn and resolve Help Desk escalations across hardware, software, and connectivity issue.\nAdminister and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments: user provisioning, licensing, security policies, Intune/endpoint management.\nManage and troubleshoot network infrastructure - switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN - supporting a facility-based operation.\nDeploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices across the organization. \nDocument processes and systems as they continue to improve, building institutional knowledge that outlasts any one person.\nIdentify opportunities to modernize legacy workflows and propose practical alternatives.\nPartner with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and negotiate improvements.\nSupport onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and general IT hygiene.\nContribute to broader IT projects: tenant migrations, security hardening, tooling evaluations.\nCross-train colleagues on new systems and best practices.\nHelp shape IT policy and standard operating procedures as the team matures.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nNone\nQualifications and Experience:\n4+ Years in a hands-on IT administrator or infrastructure support role.\nSolid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.\nPractical experience with Azure: identity, basic resource management, endpoint policies.\nAbility to troubleshoot networking issues: LAN/WAN, VPN firewall basics.\nPrevious endpoint management experience, e.g. Intine or equivalent MDM/RMM tooling.\nStrong communication skills in order to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.\nPrevious experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environment.\nPrevious exposure to ERP systems or business-critical line-of-business applications.\nScripting basics (PowerShell) for automation of routine tasks.\nFamliarity with ITSM platforms, e.g. FreshServices, ServiceNow, or similar)\nPrior experience working across multiple legal entities or brands under one IT umbrella a plus.\nAbility to work in-office up to 3 days per week.\nPhysical Demands:\nOccasionally required to stand.\nFrequently required to sit.\nOccasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.\nThe employee must lift and/or move up to 25 kg.\nLanguage\nEnglish (required)\nWork Authorisation\nUnited Kingdom (required)\nCOMPANY VALUES:\nDeliver Legendary Service: It’s all about the experience.
