Position Summary: The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting a distributed, facility-based IT environment. As the go-to person for everything from Help Desk escalations to Azure administration, M365 management, endpoint deployment, and network troubleshooting, this hands-on, broad-scope role will have variety over specialization and makes things work. Duties and Responsibilities: Own and resolve Help Desk escalations across hardware, software, and connectivity issue. Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments: user provisioning, licensing, security policies, Intune/endpoint management.
