Washington, DC.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nDevelops training materials, templates, tools, and documentation, and other technical assistance (TA) materials\nPrepares meeting materials, including agendas, talking points, notes, and follow-up actions\nAssists with planning and facilitating virtual meetings, webinars, and stakeholder sessions\nDrafts sections of presentations, reports, toolkits, and resource guides\nSupports development of client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity\nAssists with editing, formatting, and quality control across deliverables\nSupports internal processes, templates, and knowledge management activities\nManages high-volume communications for data collection, including monitoring inboxes and communicating updates\nPreferred Qualifications\n Experience supporting federal or state-funded initiatives\nFamiliarity with Job Corps or similar workforce programs\nExperience developing surveys or qualitative data collection tools\nRequired Qualifications\n Must be willing and able to work onsite at client's location in Washington, DC\nBachelor’s degree and/or 2-5 years of relevant experience performing structured program support tasks\nExperience in consulting, research, education, workforce development, or related fields\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar tools\nStrong analytical, writing, and communication skills\nExcellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines\nMust be authorized to work
