We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead design and technical operations for our Whitehaven office. As Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technical operations-guiding multi-disciplinary teams, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring our projects are delivered with precision, quality and purpose.
You will:
Champion engineering and design excellence across every stage of project delivery
Lead, mentor and empower a talented engineering department
Allocate expertise strategically to maximise capability and performance
Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, becoming a key voice in project success
About You
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications with experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in nuclear or regulated industries.
Proven experience leading diverse engineering teams (including site-based or seconded staff)
Strong understanding and implementation of relevant design codes, standards and procedures
