As an Operations Manager (OM), you'll take the helm of an ABC center. You'll build an environment where your teammates thrive, families feel supported, and children reach milestone moments. Support them through evaluations, corrective actions, development plans, and celebrations.\nSupport families: Build trust with families by providing education and guidance during onboarding, so they have a smooth start to ABA treatment.\nCollaborate across departments: Partner with Clinical Directors, Admissions Associates, and regional leaders to align operational goals with clinical care.\nMaintain compliance and safety: Uphold state, payer, and company standards across all center operations.\nWhat you'll bring\nRequirements:\nAt least 3-6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts\nHigh school diploma or GED\nPreferred:\nBachelor's or master's degree.
