In this position, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights that will help inform and drive strategic decision-making in advancing the overall success of the company’s revenue collection management process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across various departments and the ability to influence decision-making and drive changes that will impact the company.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain financial models to provide forward-looking financial and business recommendations to help guide business decisions.\nAnalyze financial and operational data to identify revenue collection opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.\nProvide weekly updates of reports to different functional groups and help track KPIs and progress of initiatives.\nAssist in company planning cycle, including the long-range planning process, annual budget, and monthly/quarterly forecasting process.\nConduct ad-hoc analyses to support senior leadership team and different departments pertaining to various business needs.\nProblem solve to identify operational opportunities, and follow through with project management and implementation.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another highly analytical/quantitative discipline.\n3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or budgeting in complex business environment.\nAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling and analytical skills; fluency with G Suite is a plus.\nHealthcare finance experience preferred\nRevenue and cash collections analysis experience preferred\nCritical Traits:\nSelf-starter who can think critically and excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.\nAbility to multitask, balance multiple high priority tasks, and meet tight deadlines.\nAbility to manipulate and analyze large sets of data.\nAbility to collaborate in a team- oriented environment and effectively\ncommunicate with members across various departments and levels.\nStrong written and oral communication skills and the aptitude to communicate\nwith all levels of management.\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to quickly pick up on business operations and changing daily processes.\nABC Story:\nAction Behavior Centers (ABC) delivers evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
