With an expanding network of distribution centers and stores, we need technology programs that help us scale, improve performance, and professionalize processes and systems in parallel.\n\nThis is a leadership role for a driver who creates momentum, brings clarity in complexity, and delivers measurable business results.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\nWe are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager with a strong Supply Chain background and a proven track record in leading large, complex technology programs.\n\nMost importantly, we are looking for a driver. Someone who takes ownership, challenges constructively, accelerates decision-making, removes obstacles, and brings people together around ambitious goals. Not someone who only coordinates activities, but a leader who drives execution, business value, and outcomes.\n\nYour Role\n\nYou are end-to-end accountable for strategic Technology programs within the Supply Chain domain. You define direction, build and lead program structures, align senior stakeholders across business and Technology, and translate strategic ambitions into executable roadmaps and tangible results.\n\nIn this role you will:\n\n Lead large-scale cross-functional technology Supply Chain programs from vision through delivery.\n\n Drive business transformation and organizational change across the Supply Chain landscape.\n\n Create alignment across senior business and Technology stakeholders, including steering committees.\n\n Accelerate decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively remove obstacles.\n\n Take ownership of program outcomes, delivery, budget, and value realization across multiple projects and workstreams.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nYou are an experienced leader who navigates complexity, influences senior stakeholders, and creates structure where needed. You bring energy, focus, and accountability, while remaining resilient in a fast-moving international environment.\n\nWhat Makes You Successful\n\n You lead with ownership, pace, and accountability.\n\n You are decisive and comfortable making trade-offs.\n\n You challenge constructively and influence without relying on hierarchy.\n\n You focus on outcomes and value realization, not process for the sake of process.\n\n You build trust through transparency, reliability, and clear communication.\n\nIn addition you have\n\n 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technology Delivery, or Business Transformation.\n\n A proven track record leading large-scale, complex programs.\n\n Experience with Supply Chain processes and technology environments.\n\n Experience in international and rapidly evolving organizations.\n\n Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies and program governance frameworks.\n\n Retail experience is highly desirable; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.\n\nWhat Do We Offer\n\nAt Action, you can make a tangible impact in one of Europe’s fastest-growing retailers.
