Read on!\n\n Zwaagdijk-Oost, Perenmarkt 15\n\n Full-time: 38 hours per week\n\nYour Daily Actions\n\nAs a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our organisation, by developing the annual 3-year roadmap, and translate this into the yearly domain portfolio. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:\n\n Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiatives\n\n Develop and maintain roadmaps aligned with business goals\n\n Translate strategic objectives into actionable projects.\n\n Drive project progress and manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality across projects\n\n Build change capabilities within the business\n\n Coach and support the project managers within your program\n\n Identify and manage risks and dependencies\n\n Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across functions\n\n Report status and progress to key stakeholders\n\n Ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned across projects\n\nThis is You\n\nYou’re a seasoned program manager with a strong background in organizational change. You work well independently and thrive under pressure. You have:\n\n A university degree with at least a Bachelor’s level in a relevant field.\n\n 10+ years of direct program management or project management experience, with responsibility for at least 4 complex projects.\n\n Expertise in operations and supply chain or commercial knowledge.\n\n Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office and MS Project.\n\n Fluent in English (Dutch and additional languages are a plus).\n\n Nice to have: Experience with quality and sustainability projects, including ESG initiatives and sustainable supply chain practices.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nFrom our international headquarters in the Netherlands you have an impact on what happens in our stores across Europe.
