Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of a company operating in multiple countries.\n\n Zwaagdijk-Oost, Perenmarkt 15\n\nProject Manager Communications (Fulltime – 38 hours per week)\n\nThis is your daily action\n\nAs Project Manager Communications, you will be part of the Communications department and report to the Communications Manager. The team is responsible for company content and communication activities from our international headquarters.\n\n A key focus of your role will be the coordination and production of Action’s Annual Report and quarterly financial communications. You will manage the process from planning through to publication, bringing together input from multiple stakeholders and ensuring content is delivered accurately, consistently and on time.You will work closely with Finance, Sustainability, HR, Buying, Supply Chain and other departments to collect, structure and translate complex business information into clear and accessible communications for internal and external stakeholders.\n\nYour responsibilities include:\n\n Manage the end-to-end production of the Annual Report, including planning, content collection, review rounds, approvals and publication;\n\n Coordinate the preparation and publication of quarterly financial statements, results and related communications;\n\n Working closely with Finance and senior internal stakeholders to translate financial and business information into clear, consistent and understandable content;\n\n Coordinating contributions from different departments and ensuring deadlines, review processes and approvals are closely managed;\n\n Ensuring consistency and accuracy across financial, sustainability and company reporting;\n\n Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as design and production agencies, throughout the reporting process;\n\n Creating and coordinating corporate content for Action’s website and other communication channels;\n\n Supporting other corporate communication projects and publications where required;\n\n Continuously improving reporting and communication processes while carefully managing timelines and budgets.\n\nMeet your team\n\nYour home base will be the Communication department. Being trusted advisers to our business, from board of directors to country management, always guided by Action’s DNA and values.\n\nThis is you\n\nOur Project Manager Communications is a highly organised and detail-oriented communications professional who is comfortable working with financial, corporate and business information.
