You'll work closely with Product Managers and R&D teams to turn product requirements and user needs into practical, well-designed solutions.\nThis is a hands-on role with real ownership. We value designers who think beyond visual appearance, understand how users interact with software, and are comfortable proposing solutions rather than simply following instructions.\nAlongside product design, you may occasionally support web, HR, and marketing initiatives with visual design work.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign intuitive user interfaces for Action1's SaaS platform.\nCreate user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.\nImprove usability and simplify complex product workflows.\nRefine product interfaces based on user feedback, usability insights, and technical constraints.\nOccasionally create visuals for websites, HR initiatives, and marketing materials.\nWhat we're looking for\n2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably for SaaS or web applications.\nStrong UI/UX skills, including interaction design, user flows, information architecture, and visual design.\nHands-on experience using AI-powered design tools and solutions to accelerate workflows, explore ideas, and improve design outcomes.\nNice to have\nExperience designing complex B2B SaaS products, dashboards, or administrative interfaces.\nExperience with user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.\nUnderstanding of responsive design, accessibility, and WCAG principles.\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints.\nFamiliarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or endpoint management products.\nPlease include a portfolio demonstrating your product design work.
