We believe everyone is an IC, and we're in a once-in-a-lifetime moment where all of us have the leverage to punch far above our weight.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nWe're hiring an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You'll own features end to end, from prototyping and design to implementation and production. The typical problems we work on revolve around AI agents, data infrastructure, and building products that solve real business problems.You'll work directly with the founders, move quickly from ideas to production, and take ownership of the outcomes of what you build.\n\nWhat You'll Own\nBuild and ship product features end to end, working across frontend, backend, and AI agents\nDesign and implement scalable systems that support complex enterprise workflows\nWork closely with sales/product to understand problems, prototype solutions, and iterate based on feedback\nBuild and improve AI agents, including tool integrations, evaluations, and production monitoring\nLeverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and ship high-quality software faster\nOwn features beyond deployment, measuring performance and continuously improving them\n\nKey Qualifications\n5+ years in software engineering with experience having worked on production systems at scale\nBias for action;
