This position is responsible for delivering program and task support services, as well as training, and managing the implementation of program management processes and methodologies.\nSalary: Up to 200K plus competitive benefits package\nIn this role, you will:\nOversee US federal agency PMO framework, employing workflow processes and raising organizational awareness.\nCoordinate the program efforts internally, including leading growth activities, with our back-office team, and externally, including with the US federal agency as well as our subcontractors.\nProvide best practice mentorship, and lead development/maintenance of contract Program Management Plan and manage organization in alignment to Government and Corporate policies.\nOversee contract Project / Task Managers activities supporting program/project operations.\nEvolve organization strategic business plans and lead project activities to achieve these plans, including program / project / task order responses to US federal agency requests.\nEstablish and foster successful relationships with stakeholders and key resources across ActioNet and organizations.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAlignment with Business Objectives: Ensure operational program and project/task plans align with business objectives by setting goals that correspond with US federal agency goals and objectives.\nResource Management: Manage resources to ensure contracts’ operational, financial, and technology-related objectives are met or exceeded.\nCapability Building: Create challenging roles and assign stretch work responsibilities to enhance organizational capabilities and bridge credibility gaps.\nStakeholder Influence: Influence ActioNet team, partners and organizational leadership through effective listening and communication to accomplish program/project goals.\nProgram / Project Management Standards: Recommend, develop, implement, and ensure the consistent application of proposed program and project management methodologies, procedures, and standards and alignment with processes and guidelines.\nChange Management: Act as an agent of change by communicating program and project management policies and procedures at all organizational levels and educating stakeholders as necessary.\nIntegration of Standards: Integrate architectural standards and PMI best practices into the US federal agency program and project management methodologies.\nPortfolio Review Process: Implement and execute an appropriate program/project portfolio review process, including in-progress analysis and post-mortem lessons learned.\nBusiness Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within the scope of the PMO. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential US federal agency customers, as well as ActioNet partners, to foster new business growth.\nStrategic Growth: Assist in developing strategies to expand ActioNet's footprint in the market, leveraging the PMO capabilities to support agency business development initiatives.\nBasic Qualifications:\n8+ years demonstrated experience in contract, program and project management, plus experience establishing and leading a PMO.\nRecent and relevant experience supporting US federal agencies.\nPMP or PgMP and strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including PMI best practices.\nBS Degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science fields. Masters or above a plus.\nExceptional leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.\nExcellent communication and relationship management abilities.\nExperience in resource management and strategic planning.\nAbility to act as an agent of growth within an organization.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPublic Trust or above clearance. Secret or above a plus.\nExperience with agile software and systems engineering lifecycles, infrastructure operations, as well as business process analysis and enablement through technology solutions.
