You will play a multifaceted role and be the main Point of Contact (POC) for a contract's full range of Cloud, AI, Data, and Digital Transformation services and deliverables.\nSalary Range $150-175K\nThis strategic leadership role combines program management, technical solution delivery, customer engagement, and business growth responsibilities across the program to strengthen our AI, Data Science, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can engage executive stakeholders, identify new opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and drive customer buy-in while leading successful delivery of complex federal IT programs.\nThe Program Manager will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for contract performance and customer engagement, overseeing multidisciplinary teams supporting cloud modernization, AI/ML initiatives, enterprise data platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, and digital transformation programs. This role requires a strong balance of technical leadership, operational excellence, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nServe as a Point of Contact (POC) for all contract services, deliverables, and customer engagements.\nLead contractor teams supporting large-scale Federal IT, Cloud, AI, and Data Science programs enabling enterprise modernization initiatives.\nOrganize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions involving multiple contract tasks.\nProvides leadership and direction for Program and project management staff, providing client and project management support, leading to high-quality client delivery.\nBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with government executives, technical stakeholders, and business leaders.\nCollaborate with customers to develop strategic roadmaps for AI adoption, cloud transformation, data modernization, and operational efficiencies.\nDevelop and implement standardized reporting, KPI dashboards, executive briefings, and program performance metrics.\nMonitor program schedules, budgets, staffing plans, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.\nManage program financial performance including forecasting, staffing, subcontractor coordination, and profitability objectives.\nLead customer presentations, technical strategy discussions, and executive-level program reviews.\nCoordinate with internal business units, delivery teams, capture teams, and external partners to ensure program success and growth alignment.\nMentor and develop project managers and technical leaders while fostering a collaborative, innovation-focused culture.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, operational efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.\nMaintain overall programmatic responsibility of the contract\nMaintain and manage senior-level client/organizational interface\nEnsure satisfactory performance of contract task areas\nEnsures that projects adhere to ActioNet’s Quality Management System, including ActioNet tools and industry best practices, and that adequate status reporting, reviews, and other control tools are employed to keep projects on track and customers fully informed of status\nEnsures that risks and issues identified are driven to closure. Serves as an initial escalation point for issues escalated from the project teams\nImplements cross-project/cross-organization reporting. Develops standards and drives implementation of consistent project-level reporting among PMs.\nStrategically work with cross-functional teams to provide innovative, customer-focused experiences\nIdentify, shape, and help capture new business opportunities, task orders, and growth initiatives within existing customer environments.\nBasic Qualifications (required):\nEight (8) or more years as a Program Manager for the Federal Government \nFive (5) or more years managing and leading large Enterprise IT teams utilizing ITIL and Agile methodologies\nPMP certification\nManaged a team of 40+ IT professionals\nGood interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills\nStrong management skills to manage resources and day-to-day processes\nDemonstrated experience in full development life cycle development standards and best practices for quality assurance\nDemonstrated experience managing program budgets, staffing, schedules, risks, and contract deliverables\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.\nAbility to translate business challenges into innovative technical solutions.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams\nPreferred:\nAdvanced degree in business, computer science, information systems or related discipline\nITIL 4 Certification\nAgile certification(s)\nAWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud certifications\nActioNetis a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified, woman-owned IT Solutions Provider with strong qualifications and expertise in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Managed Services.
