This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values its people and offers genuine development and progression opportunities.\nKey responsibilities\nMaking and receiving outbound calls to and from customers, clients, 3rd parties and repairers\nManage queries end to end from first contact to resolution, only escalating where necessary\nUsing Activate Groups bespoke software and databases to record, update and maintain information relating to each claim\nManage own workload, prioritising each day and ensuring all tasks are complete\nProvide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required\nEnsure that all SLA’s are met and exceeded\nSkills and experience\nEssential:\nClaims handling experience within the vehicle/fleet industry \nBasic understanding of repair lifecycle and fleet repair & modifications\nExcellent customer service skills\nAbility to handle a high volume of calls daily\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAble to manage own time and workload\nDesirable:\nExperience of working in a target driven environment\nBenefits\nWe believe in rewarding our people for the great work they do.
