This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values its people and offers genuine development and progression opportunities.\nAbout the role\nDismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications and to the high standards expected by our customers.\nKey responsibilities\n· Carry out work detailed in estimate, removing damaged components from the vehicle in preparation for Repair/Paint work to be carried out.\n· On repair/replacement of the components they must be refitted, restoring the vehicle to pre accident condition.\n· Deliver the highest standard of quality.\n· Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair times.\n· Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles.\n· Accurately report all components, materials and consumables used.\nSkills and experience\n· ATA / NVQ level 3\n· Good Communication skills.\n· Good Decision Making/Problem solving skills.\n· Good H&S knowledge/awareness.\n· Good Time management skills\n· Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.\nBenefits\nWe believe in rewarding our people for the great work they do.
