The platform supports customers including First Central and Arval, as well as our internal brands, sopp+sopp and Activate Collision Solutions (ACS).\nThe role will help own and evolve the roadmap, engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights, and ensure the platform continues to meet business goals and deliver maximum value. This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values its people and offers genuine development and progression opportunities.\nKey responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap\nSupport the ownership and maintenance of the claims management product roadmap, balancing innovation with delivery feasibility.\nDefine and prioritise product requirements based on customer and internal stakeholder needs.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong relationships with customers, including First Central and Arval, to gather feedback, validate features, and identify opportunities for enhancement.\nAct as the voice of the customer within the business, ensuring product decisions maximise value for users and the business.\nEngage with stakeholders across sopp+sopp, Activate Collision Solutions (ACS), and other internal teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned with business goals.\nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork alongside the existing Product Owner for claims management, the Head of Product, and development teams to translate roadmap priorities into well-defined features, user stories, and deliverables.\nEnsure delivery teams understand the reasoning behind each product decision, fostering a culture of purpose-driven development.\nWork with QA, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure the platform remains high quality, intuitive, and measurable.\nMarket & Industry Awareness\nKeep ahead of claims management, motor insurance, and fleet trends to ensure our products remain competitive and industry-leading.\nIdentify and evaluate opportunities for automation and data-led product improvements.\nPerformance & Continuous Improvement\nDefine and track key product metrics, ensuring that product performance meets expectations and drives ROI.\nContribute to establishing best practice in product management processes, tools, and reporting across the team.\nSkills and experience\nExperience in product management, ideally within SaaS, InsurTech, or claims and insurance technology sectors.\nTrack record of delivering successful products from concept to market.\nStrong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.\nExperience working closely with software development teams in an Agile environment.\nComfortable working across multiple internal brands and stakeholder groups.\nFamiliarity with modern UX/UI practices.\nDesirable (but not essential):\nKnowledge of insurance, claims, or fleet management industries.\nBenefits\nWe believe in rewarding our people for the great work they do.
