The engagement is 1 year.\nInternal Code: A26390\nWorking location: Westgate\n3 Gateway Dr, Singapore 608532\nWhat will you do?\nAs a Business Analyst, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising product managers, developers, designers and operations specialists, creating products and services that solve complex problems and deliver meaningful impact.\nDefine and validate business problems, outcomes, scope and success measures.\nAnalyse current-state and future-state business processes, user journeys and operational workflows.\nFacilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align expectations.\nElicit, analyse and document business, functional, non-functional, integration, data and operational requirements.\nTranslate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows.\nManage requirements traceability and support scope, dependency and change management.\nWork closely with Product Managers to prioritise backlogs based on user value, risk and delivery considerations.\nCollaborate with engineers, architects and designers to shape practical and scalable solutions.\nSupport testing activities by defining acceptance criteria and validating delivered features against business requirements.\nSupport release readiness, operational handover and continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in incident triage, stakeholder communications and post-incident reviews where required.\nContribute to the design and delivery of AI-enabled capabilities that help agencies create security plans, understand assurance findings, prioritise remediation and maintain continuous assurance.\nYou will also collaborate closely with other members of the cross-functional team:\nWork with users and stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities for improvement and validate proposed solutions.\nWork with Product Managers to shape product strategy, prioritise requirements and refine backlog items.\nWork with designers to improve service journeys and user experience.\nWork with software engineers and architects to understand technical constraints, solution options and delivery trade-offs.\nWork with DevOps practitioners and operations teams to understand deployment, operational and support requirements.\nWork with Scrum Masters and delivery leads to support Agile planning and execution.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities. \nExperiene with angular is a plus\nAbility to navigate both business and technical discussions effectively. \nExperience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements. \nExperience facilitating workshops and working with diverse stakeholder groups. \nExperience translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process models. \nExperience working within Agile software delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban. \nUnderstanding of software development lifecycles, testing practices and release processes. \nAbility to understand enterprise technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud services, identity management and data flows. \nStrong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. \nExperience in government, regulated environments, SaaS platforms or GRC-related domains will be an advantage. \nExperience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms will be an advantage. \nA proactive and collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and continuous learning.\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer in return?\nCompetitive Compensation: Market competitive salary and variable performance bonus aligned to your skills, impact, and contribution.\nBenefits: Outpatient medical, specialist medical coverage and generous customisable flexi benefits, or flexi allowance; life and health insurance, thoughtful perks like special occasions “red packet” and CNY goodies, etc.\nEmployee Wellness: Support for your physical, mental, and overall well-being through year-round initiatives.\nGrowth & Development: Learning programmes, certification support, and a dedicated staff development budget.
