The engagement is 12-months\nLocation: Havelock Road\nCo-Development Business Unit is hiring for Business Analyst\nWhat the officer will be doing?\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nEngage stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, operational challenges, and policy requirements.\nElicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.\nTranslate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.\nFacilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.\nProcess Improvement & Solution Design\nAnalyse current business processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.\nAssess the impact of proposed changes on business operations, systems, users, and policies.\nCollaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design practical and scalable solutions.\nRecommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and service outcomes.\nProduct & Delivery Support\nWork closely with Product Managers and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nSupport Agile delivery by managing and refining product backlogs and requirements.\nClarify business requirements during development and assist teams in resolving requirement-related issues.\nEnsure delivered solutions meet business objectives and user needs.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop and review test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nValidate that system functionality meets agreed business requirements.\nSupport defect triage and resolution activities.\nChange Management & Stakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong relationships with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.\nSupport implementation planning, business readiness, training, and adoption activities.\nCommunicate project progress, issues, risks, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.\nFacilitate discussions to achieve alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.\nPost-Implementation & Continuous Improvement\nMonitor solution performance and user feedback after implementation.\nIdentify enhancement opportunities and support continuous product improvement.\nWork with support and operations teams to investigate and address production issues.\nContribute to lessons learnt and best practices across projects.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nRelevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Management, or Process Improvement will be advantageous.\nExperience\n3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.\nExperience working on software or digital product development projects.\nExperience in Agile delivery environments will be advantageous.\nExperience in Government or large-scale enterprise systems is preferred.\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nGood understanding of Agile methodologies and product development practices.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer in return?\nCompetitive Compensation: Market competitive salary and variable performance bonus aligned to your skills, impact, and contribution.\nBenefits: Outpatient medical, specialist medical coverage and generous customisable flexi benefits, or flexi allowance; life and health insurance, thoughtful perks like special occasions “red packet” and CNY goodies, etc.\nEmployee Wellness: Support for your physical, mental, and overall well-being through year-round initiatives.\nGrowth & Development: Learning programmes, certification support, and a dedicated staff development budget.
