The engagement is 1 year.\nInternal Code: A26431\nWhat will you do?\nManage OutSystems environments, deployments and platform configuration (e.g. LifeTime, Service Center) across development, testing and production\nPerform application deployments from development to higher environments (e.g. testing, UAT, staging and production) using OutSystems LifeTime, including deployment planning, dependency and impact checks, change approvals, pre- and post-deployment verification, and rollback when needed\nConfigure and run the CI/CD pipelines and release process for applications hosted on the case management platform, including deployment plans, versioning and rollback, in coordination with relevant platform engineering stakeholders\nOperate platform and application monitoring dashboards and alerts for performance, availability, errors and usage, and escalate bottlenecks and anomalies\nPerform first-line troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains, take part in the on-call rotation, and escalate complex issues to the relevant technical leads or support teams\nIntegrate security tooling into the CI/CD pipelines (e.g. code scanning, dependency scanning) and track remediation of findings with application teams\nAssist in security checks such as application and platform-level VA, and troubleshooting\nApply secure configuration profiles and support threat and risk assessments with relevant technical and security stakeholders\nCollect and maintain security and compliance evidence for ICT&SS / IM8 and the System Security Plan (SSP), such as scan results, access reviews and change records\nSupport performance and load tests, backup, restore and disaster recovery tests, and OutSystems licence utilisation reporting\nSupport the promotion of agentic AI components (e.g. agent configurations, prompts, guardrail settings) through the CI/CD pipelines\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nDegree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps engineering with exposure to OutSystems platform (O11 or OutSystems Developer Cloud), including LifeTime deployment and environment management\nPassion for automation, standardisation and best practices\nGood understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery\nSkills in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell or Python\nExperience with version control systems such as Git\nExposure to cloud platforms such as GCC (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)\nAbility to troubleshoot issues ranging from platform configuration to application stack traces\nExperience with application performance monitoring and logging tools (e.g. OutSystems monitoring, Elastic, Grafana, CloudWatch)\nAwareness of application security testing tools (e.g. HP Fortify, SonarQube, Sonatype Nexus IQ) and secure coding practices\nBasic knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes\nExperience with DevOps toolset like GitLab, JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence\nBasic understanding of Government ICT&SS management policies (IM8), SSP requirements and observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces)\nComfortable with Agile methodologies and working closely with product development teams\nStrong on collaboration and communication including documentation\nOutSystems certifications\nBasic understanding of network infrastructure and Linux, to work effectively with the infrastructure team\nExperience supporting government projects\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer in return?\nCompetitive Compensation: Market competitive salary and variable performance bonus aligned to your skills, impact, and contribution.\nBenefits: Outpatient medical, specialist medical coverage and generous customisable flexi benefits, or flexi allowance; life and health insurance, thoughtful perks like special occasions “red packet” and CNY goodies, etc.\nEmployee Wellness: Support for your physical, mental, and overall well-being through year-round initiatives.\nGrowth & Development: Learning programmes, certification support, and a dedicated staff development budget.
