Hence, we are committed to providing a conducive environment for all employees to realize their full potential, who in turn have the opportunity to continuously drive innovation.\nWe are searching for our next team members to join our growing team.\nIf you love the idea of being part of a growing company with exciting prospects in mobile and web technologies that create positive impact on people’s lives, then we would love to hear from you.\n This is a 12 months fixed-term contract role (potential for contract extension or convert to permanent with good performance).\nWhat will you do?\nDevelop responsive web interfaces using React and TypeScript, and mobile features using React Native. \nBuild and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS or equivalent). \nIntegrate web/mobile clients with APIs, third-party services and enterprise systems. \nDesign data access logic and work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and object storage where required. \nWrite unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards. \nUse Git-based workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment. \nContainerize applications with Docker and support deployments to AWS services such as ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS and CloudWatch as applicable. \nApply secure coding practices including input validation, authentication/authorization, secrets management and OWASP guidance. \nTroubleshoot defects and production issues using logs/metrics; support SIT, UAT and production releases. \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with UX, QA, DevOps, product and architecture teams.\nRequirements\nDomain Skills\nCompulsory / Must-have \nJavaScript/TypeScript with strong hands-on React development. \nNext.js, NestJS/Express, Node.js backend development and REST API design/integration. \nHands-on React Native development or proven mobile application development experience. \nNoSQL and relational database fundamentals (e.g. PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB). \nGit, branching/pull-request workflows and automated testing (e.g. Jest). \nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps delivery practices. \nFamiliarity with AWS infrastructure, application deployment, logging/monitoring and IAM basics.\nDocker/container fundamentals and secure coding practices. \nDesirable / Good-to-have \nAWS ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager. \nInfrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation; Kubernetes exposure. \nGovernment Commercial Cloud (GCC) or enterprise/government project experience. \nNon-domain Skills\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills with a practical, delivery-oriented mindset. \nOwnership and accountability for assigned features from development through release and support. \nClear communication and ability to collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, architects and business stakeholders. \nAbility to work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams and manage priorities across concurrent tasks. \nAttention to software quality, security, maintainability and user experience.\nWillingness to learn new frameworks, cloud services and engineering practices as project needs evolve.\nEducation and Certification\nCompulsory / Must-have \nDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Software Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered. \nDesirable / Good-to-have \nAWS certification such as Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate or Solutions Architect Associate. \nAgile/Scrum or DevOps-related certification is an advantage but not mandatory. \nExperience\nCompulsory / Must-have \n3-5 years of professional software development experience, with meaningful full-stack responsibilities. \nProduction experience developing React/TypeScript web applications and Node.js backend services/APIs. \nHands-on experience with React Native or delivery of mobile application features. \nExperience using Git, automated testing and CI/CD in an Agile software development lifecycle. \nFamiliarity deploying or supporting applications on AWS and troubleshooting across application/infrastructure layers.\nDesirable / Good-to-have \nExperience with containerized/cloud-native applications, Infrastructure as Code or Kubernetes. \nExperience delivering secure enterprise or Singapore Government digital services. \nExposure to production monitoring, performance tuning and incident/problem resolution.\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer in return?\nFun working environment\nEmployee Wellness Program\nTo work in Singapore Government Agencies projects\nWe provide structured development framework and growth opportunities.
