The engagement is 1 year.\nInternal Code: A26350\nWhat will you do?\nThe role focuses on defining and delivering a digital product in the MCCY Ministry Family, from requirements through to release. The Product Manager owns the backlog and roadmap, works closely with design and engineering, and uses research and data to guide decisions that serve the product's users.\nOwn the product backlog and roadmap across the product's key user journeys.\nTranslate user research, stakeholder needs, and policy requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.\nPrioritise features based on user needs, impact, and delivery constraints.\nDesign for the range of users the product serves, accounting for their differing needs and contexts.\nDefine success metrics and track product performance, using data to inform decisions.\nPlan and run discovery and validation activities, and translate findings into product improvements.\nPartner with designers, researchers, and engineering to move features from concept through to release.\nManage stakeholders across teams, communicating product direction and rationale clearly.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nAt least 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of shipped digital products.\nStrong product craft across requirements definition, backlog prioritisation, and roadmapping.\nComfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.\nHands-on discovery and user research experience, including planning, running, and acting on findings.\nExperience delivering workflow- or management-type systems (dashboards, records, scheduling) is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with agile delivery and working closely with design and engineering.\nClear communication of product rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.\nPrior experience in a government or public sector context is an advantage.\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer in return?\nCompetitive Compensation: Market competitive salary and variable performance bonus aligned to your skills, impact, and contribution.\nBenefits: Outpatient medical, specialist medical coverage and generous customisable flexi benefits, or flexi allowance; life and health insurance, thoughtful perks like special occasions “red packet” and CNY goodies, etc.\nEmployee Wellness: Support for your physical, mental, and overall well-being through year-round initiatives.\nGrowth & Development: Learning programmes, certification support, and a dedicated staff development budget.
