The engagement is 1 year.\nInternal Code: A26351\nWhat will you do?\nProject: PDO Innovation Space | Rapid Product Delivery & Experimentation\nROLE MISSION Turn ambiguous ideas into working web products quickly, learn from users, and iterate toward production-ready solutions.\nBuild and operate web products end-to-end across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure and deployment.\nTranslate product ideas and user needs into working software quickly, then iterate based on feedback and evidence.\nMake pragmatic architecture and technology decisions that balance speed, quality, maintainability and scalability.\nWork closely with product managers, designers and stakeholders from discovery through delivery and iteration.\nSet up fit-for-purpose engineering foundations such as automated testing, CI/CD, observability and security without slowing experimentation.\nOwn outcomes across the product lifecycle and contribute reusable patterns and practices to help the wider team move faster.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.\n7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with recent experience actively writing and shipping production code.\nStrong, recent Node.js experience and familiarity with the modern Node.js ecosystem.\nProven experience building a web system end-to-end - including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, infrastructure and deployment.\nStrong understanding of modern web architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and software engineering practices.\nComfortable working independently in ambiguous problem spaces and making sound technical decisions.\nStartup, innovation-team or fast-moving product experience, with a strong bias for action and delivery.\nExperience with AI-assisted development workflows, including AI coding agents, code generation or automated code review.\nTrack record of taking a product from idea or prototype through to production.\nExperience working in cross-functional agile product teams with product managers and designers.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou take an ambiguous problem, work with the team to determine what matters, and quickly turn it into a working product that can be put in front of real users.
