The engagement is 1 year.\nInternal Code: A26263\nWhat will you do?\nWe are looking for a QA Engineer to own the testing strategy, automated regression testing, API testing, functional testing, UAT support and release quality assurance for the cloud-based digital platform.\nThe role is automation-first and is responsible for ensuring workflows, processes, logic, dashboards, access controls and integrations are tested continuously throughout Agile delivery.\nTest Strategy: Prepare test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test data and regression test packs. \nAutomation Testing: Build and maintain automated regression test suites for critical user journeys. \nUAT Support: Prepare UAT test scenarios, support business users during UAT and verify production readiness. \nRelease Support: Conduct regression testing, smoke testing and release validation before deployment.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nExperience: At least 3-4 years of QA experience, with strong hands-on automation testing experience. \nQA Framework Setup: Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end QA automation frameworks, integrating automated testing tools with CI/CD pipelines test reporting platforms, and automated quality gates. \nAutomation Tools: Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent. \nAPI Testing: Strong experience with Postman, Newman, REST Assured or equivalent. \nTest Design: Ability to design clear and comprehensive functional, regression, integration and negative test cases. \nDatabase Validation: Ability to perform basic SQL queries for test data validation. \nCI/CD: Familiarity with running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines and interpreting test reports. \nAgile Testing: Experience testing continuously within Agile sprint delivery. \nSecurity Testing Support: Understanding of authentication testing, authorisation testing, access control validation, input validation and security regression testing. \nDefect Management: Experience with defect tracking tools and test management tools.\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer in return?\nCompetitive Compensation: Market competitive salary and variable performance bonus aligned to your skills, impact, and contribution.\nBenefits: Outpatient medical, specialist medical coverage and generous customisable flexi benefits, or flexi allowance; life and health insurance, thoughtful perks like special occasions “red packet” and CNY goodies, etc.\nEmployee Wellness: Support for your physical, mental, and overall well-being through year-round initiatives.\nGrowth & Development: Learning programmes, certification support, and a dedicated staff development budget.
