The engagement is 24-months\nLocation: Singapore\nThe IT Quality Specialist leads and performs Internal Quality Audits (IQA) to provide independent assurance of compliance with organisational policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role drives continual improvement through audit findings, corrective actions, and quality advisory services, while maintaining controlled procedural documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS).\nWhat the officer will be doing?\nInternal Quality Audit\nDevelop and manage the annual Internal Quality Audit programme.\nPlan and conduct end-to-end audits across IT projects, operations, and support\nfunctions.\nAssess compliance with QMS requirements, organisational policies, governance\ncontrols, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards.\nEvaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and\nrisk management practices.\nGather and analyse audit evidence through interviews, document reviews,\nprocess walkthroughs, and sampling.\nPrepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and management action\nplans.\nMonitor corrective and preventive actions and verify the effective closure of audit\nfindings.\nMaintain audit records, evidence, schedules, and performance metrics.\nSupport external audits, certification activities, and quality reviews.\nAdvise process owners on audit requirements, compliance obligations, and\nquality practices.\nCompliance, Documentation and Continuous Improvement\nConduct compliance reviews and support audit-readiness activities.\nMaintain and control QMS procedures, standards, and records.\nMonitor corrective actions and recurring non-conformities.\nSupport process improvements and quality-awareness programmes.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nMinimum five years of relevant experience in Internal Quality Audit, Quality\nManagement, Compliance, Governance, or Process Assurance.\nProven ability to plan and conduct Internal Quality Audits independently.\nExperience maintaining a QMS and controlled procedural documentation.\nStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, audit methodologies, and risk-based auditing\nprinciples.\nExperience supporting ISO certification audits and compliance reviews.\nFamiliarity with IT governance, SDLC, change management, service\nmanagement, and operational controls.\nStrong analytical, investigative, interviewing, and report-writing skills.\nEffective communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.\nAbility to work independently and exercise professional judgement.\nQualifications\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems,\nQuality Management, or a related discipline.\nISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification preferred.\nCISA, CQA, ITIL, Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certification is\nadvantageous.\nExperience in government, public-sector, or regulated-industry IT environments\nis preferred.\nAdded Advantage\nExperience auditing Agile, DevOps, cloud-native, or cloud product development\nenvironments.\nFamiliarity with AWS services, cloud governance, and secure cloud operations.\nExperience conducting quality assurance or compliance reviews for cloud\nproducts and digital services.\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer in return?\nCompetitive Compensation: Market competitive salary and variable performance bonus aligned to your skills, impact, and contribution.\nBenefits: Outpatient medical, specialist medical coverage and generous customisable flexi benefits, or flexi allowance; life and health insurance, thoughtful perks like special occasions “red packet” and CNY goodies, etc.\nEmployee Wellness: Support for your physical, mental, and overall well-being through year-round initiatives.\nGrowth & Development: Learning programmes, certification support, and a dedicated staff development budget.
