The engagement is 1 year.\nInternal Code: A26429\nWhat will you do?\nMinLaw operates its Case Management Platform (CAMP), built on OutSystems, to support case management applications across the organisation. MinLaw is also developing and integrating generative AI and agentic AI capabilities into business applications and workflows.\nThe Service Personnel will be appointed individually and will work with MinLaw personnel, application teams, other appointed resources and relevant stakeholders. The roles cover application platform architecture, DevSecOps, AI platform engineering and AI operations and governance.\nResponsible for the end-to-end architecture for the platform and ensures the detailed design and development is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture of the Agency.\nTranslate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application platform architectural specifications\nReview quality of common services and modules developed by applications and advise on enhancement if needed\nDesign the architecture blueprint of the organisation's business, information and ICT assets, by using multiple architectural models.\nUse, govern and enhance the architecture blueprint to ensure that the business and ICT are aligned.\nDefine the application platform reference architecture (for OutSystems) and reusable component standards for the case management platform (e.g. Architecture Canvas layering, shared modules and templates), so case management applications are built consistently and reuse common components\nGovern application architecture quality and the integration of applications hosted on the case management platform with the enterprise AI Foundation Platform (currently using Amazon Bedrock) and the shared agentic AI modules, so AI capabilities are embedded into case management workflows\nDefine non-functional requirements for the case management platform (performance, scalability, availability, resiliency and security) and verify them through capacity planning, performance and load testing, and tuning, so the platform sustains enterprise-level workloads\nDefine the observability architecture for applications hosted on the case management platform and AI agents (logging, metrics, distributed tracing, SLIs/SLOs and alerting standards) so platform and agent behaviour can be monitored end to end\nDefine the reference architecture for agentic AI on the case management platform, including agent patterns, tool and API integration, agent identity and access, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and where guardrails and controls sit\nEnsure designs comply with IM8 / ICT&SS management policies, and lead the architecture and security submissions (e.g. System Security Plan, Architecture Review Board) for the case management platform and agentic AI changes\nConduct proactive reviews of platform and application controls at regular intervals against ICT&SS / IM8 requirements and the System Security Plan (SSP), track findings to closure with the DevSecOps and AI engineers, and report control health to the Agency.\nRequirements\nWhat are we looking for?\nDegree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines\nAt least 7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as a technical lead or system architect (e.g. system design, performance tuning, prototyping and maintenance)\nHands-on experience in at least 3 full project development life cycles\nExperience in designing and implementing enterprise applications on the OutSystems low-code platform, including reusable modules, integrations and performance tuning. Must possess excellent data modelling and SQL skills.\nSolid understanding of Service Oriented Architectures, web services and APIs, and public web sites / eservices development.
