If so, we want you to join our Case Management Team!\nAs a Case Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to insured travelers across the globe. You will give customers peace of mind by helping them find health care at the right time, the right place, and at the right cost. You will explain what medical benefits are covered by their insurance plan, arrange payment for treatment on behalf of patients, and assist them in returning home safely. Additionally, you will work closely with our medical team and other internal departments to create the best strategy to manage the case.\nWhat does your typical day look like?\nMonitor hospitalized and outpatient clients, update claim notes and keep record of decisions and cost to dates / reserves.
