dashboards;\nCollaborate with internal departments and external partners to address reporting gaps;\nDetermine key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to support forecasting activities;\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations\nWhat skills and experience are we looking for?\nCollege diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another related field*;\nMinimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in data analysis;\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;\nExperience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python;\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage complex datasets;\nAbility to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data;\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders;\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment;\nFamiliarity with contact centre operations and workforce management, considered an asset;\nKnowledge of travel insurance and business operations, considered an
