to deal closure, ensuring a world-class customer experience at every stage.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure seamless customer handoffs and an exceptional overall journey.\n\nThe ideal candidate will bring:\n4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a solution-selling environment (SaaS preferred).\n\nProven consultative sales skills with a history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven organization.\n\nTrilingual fluency: Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (experience in selling and managing accounts within the Spanish-speaking Latin American market is a plus).\n\nPrior experience or deep knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and the email marketing/marketing automation space.\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport, relate to decision-makers, and present complex solutions clearly.\n\nA highly self-motivated and driven attitude, capable of prioritizing effectively to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, complex environment.\n\nDemonstrated coachability and an eagerness to learn new sales methodologies, product details, and evolving market
