We have a great team, so you’ll be really well supported, and this role offers great variety and career development for the right candidate.\nOn a typical day, it looks like this...\nYou'll be the focal point for your own portfolio of clients, understanding their requirements and working with our in-country payroll partners to ensure that the client receives the right outcome, every time. You’ll also be end to end processing Singapore, Hong Kong and India payrolls independently for a range of clients.\n\nThis is a fast-paced coordination and payroll role, working with clients and partners across multiple countries, troubleshooting problems where they arise and making sure we maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect from us.\n\nWorking closely with our in-country partners, you’ll be maintaining great relationships and processes to ensure that client payrolls are delivered on time and accurately\nYou’ll also be processing end to end processing Singapore, Hong Kong and India payrolls\nYou’ll be coordinating and controlling data flows and exchanges, as per the agreed payroll calendar, setting up new clients and being the focal point for any queries \nEnsuring systems and tools are up-to-date and accurate, you’ll be preparing payroll calendars, checklists and data sheets, and ensuring we have the most up-to-date information \nYou’ll coordinate and host client calls to ensure that our service delivery is on track and that we are able to identify any opportunities for improvements\nYou’ll also prepare monthly governance reports by client and by country, ensuring that all monthly paperwork is completed accurately and on time \nDoes this sound like you?\nThis is a real client centric role, so you'll have fantastic customer service skills and a knack for numbers, as well as the ability to manage a really varied workload with a lot of client and partner interaction.\n\nThis could be a great opportunity for someone who has some Singapore, India and Hong Kong payroll experience looking to branch out into payroll bureau, but equally we are keen to hear from candidates from other industries and experiences who are interested in an exciting new career path.\n\nExperience in Singapore, India and Hong Kong payroll delivery preferred\nPassion for numbers with some experience in either a payroll position, or from another financial background\nAs this role will interact with clients and partners across the APAC region, having additional language skills would be really advantageous but is not a requirement \nAn unusually high attention to detail and a persistent problem solver\nOrganised and structured approach to your work\nReally good with systems, data bases and software packages \nNaturally good communication skills, and great builder of
